Stony Creek / Huron Academy

Got up at the crack of dawn to go birding with Mr. Stony and Paul Poronto at Stony Creek.  We started at Eastwood Beach not too much there so we headed to Osprey Trail we had a group of 17 Wood Ducks and a dozen or so of Gadwall and one lonely American Black Duck.  Then we started to do some bush whacking for Ruffed Grouse but no luck.  It was time to pick up my daughter from school and there is a corner that I always check for birds and to my surprise I found 11 species including a House Wren
